On May 26, 2025, PHeaRTs organized a successful workshop on Preventing Workplace Harassment, aimed at raising awareness and promoting a safe, respectful working environment for all. The session included discussions on identifying different forms of harassment, understanding employee rights, and learning effective strategies for prevention and response. Staff, faculty actively participated in the workshop, reflecting PHeaRTs’ strong commitment to creating a harassment-free workplace culture.
